CILogon Service 2.1

We've again updated the CILogon Service at https://cilogon.org based on recent comments and suggestions. Improvements include:

• Identity Provider Search: The Select An Identity Provider box on our front page now includes search functionality, which will become more important as our list of identity providers grows.
• PKCS12 Certificate Download: By default we now deliver certificates and private keys in standard PKCS12 files that you can download directly via your browser. If you prefer the older Java-based method, you can access it at https://cilogon.org?skin=jws, which is an example of an "interface skin" that customizes the look and functionality of the https://cilogon.org site.
